Objectives of environmental control:

• Follow up on the facility’s compliance with the provisions and regulations of the environmental system

• Strengthening cooperation and coordination between the National Center for Oversight of Environmental Compliance and public and private sector establishments

• Working to implement the best international practices in the field of the environment and developing environmental performance through proper planning and full application of environmental management standards

• Working to follow up on emergency plans, reporting environmental incidents, and providing the necessary human capabilities
